I placed an order for the new holiday card kit and a blending brush set. The ordering process was smooth on their website, pretty straightforward. It took 6 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated window. The card kit itself has beautiful designs and good quality cardstock. The blending brushes are soft and work well for ink application. My main feedback would be about the card kit instructions; they were a little vague for someone who might be newer to card making. I figured it out since I have some experience, but clearer step-by-step photos or a link to a video tutorial would be a big help for beginners. The finished cards look great though, and the embellishments included were lovely. Customer support answered a question I had about a product on their site quickly before I ordered, so that was good.

Solid craft supplies, minor issue

My recent order included a set of word dies and a foam tape roll. The dies cut beautifully, very precise, and the foam tape is good quality. Shipping took about a week to get to my place, which was acceptable. My only small gripe was that one of the die packaging sleeves was a bit torn when it arrived. Didn't affect the die itself, but just a small detail. Overall, good value for money and reliable products.
